Need some ideas and some motivations

Okay, so I fell off the wagon there for a minute (more like 2 months) and stopped going to the gym because work took over (I know it's not an excuse but..) But with the start of the new year, I am back on it again. The goals is to lose 30 pounds and some inches...well, the goal is to fit back into some old clothes...
But I am having a REALLY hard time getting myself motivated to do anything other than cardio. I do some stomach crunches here and there, but that's about it. Anyone else feeling the same? If so, what are some motivational tips you have for me?
