I'm trying to lose 30 pounds (original weight 150) and I have been excercising. I've been eating pretty healthy, but I'm trying to get ideas for healthy meals so that I don't resort back to my old eating habits which is why I gained 30 pounds. Anyway, on a daily basis, what do you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks?

breakfast is a monster smoothie (almond milk, spinach, avocado, pineapple, half banana, protein powder and dash of lemon juice is the current fave)

lunch has lately been salad made of tomato, onion, bell pepper and cucumber topped with a bit of balsamic vinegar. then leftovers from dinner

snacks are soaked almonds and maybe a coffee with half and half. sometimes popcorn

dinner is some sort of veg with some sort of protein - last night was fajita style chicken with peppers and onion. night before was rotisserie chicken, night before that was grilled steak with brussls sprouts. sometimes I will add quinoa as a side

I avoid wheat and sugar as well
